Built to feel like match day
Not every kit launch needs a studio. For 1. FC Kaiserslautern and Castore, the goal was to do more than launching the kits. It had to feel true to the club, match Castore’s creative direction and land in a way that felt real from the very first moment.

Role
Creative Producer
Brief: create momentum for the new kits of 1. FC Kaiserslautern, fully in line with Castore’s creative direction.
Castore came in with a clear creative direction and a strong brand standard. Instead of taking the usual route of a static photoshoot, we worked together to choose a different setting: the club’s first open training of the season. That decision changed everything. Rather than showing the kits in a controlled setup, we captured them where they immediately mattered most, in front of the fans, with real anticipation, real movement and the energy of a new season already building.
Our role was not just to deliver the content, but to make the whole production feel fully under control. We kept the process sharp, communication clear and all stakeholders aligned from start to finish. That meant less noise, less back and forth, and more confidence that everything was in good hands.
The result was a launch that worked on two levels. Creatively, it delivered authentic imagery that stayed true to Castore’s direction. Operationally, it gave the client exactly what matters in these moments: a smooth production process, clear updates and the feeling that everything was taken care of.
