Focus on local relevance


With a clear social media strategy, we focused on reaching our target countries. Each country has its own way of communicating, so we wanted to speak and write in their language and style. We adapted the league’s tone of voice to each country’s culture and people. At the same time, the Eredivisie stayed true to its core values, which helped it stand out from other leagues. My mission was to translate those values into hero, hub, and hygiene content formats, created in close collaboration with creators and partners. After the initial phase during the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons was completed, powerhouse IMG took over the project for the next stage.
